De acuerdo a lo planteado en la Circular Nº075-AFESE-2017, me es muy grato
remitir, en calidad de anexo, un proyecto de Ley y Reglamento de la Ley del
Servicio Exterior preparado con gran dedicación y entrega por parte de los
Embajadores Gonzalo Salvador y Benjamín Villacís. Obviamente son proyectos
perfectibles y tratan de recoger todas las aspiraciones de los miembros del
Servicio Exterior Ecuatoriano.
