Con mucho pesar lamento comunicar el fallecimiento del señor Víctor Ángel
Montalván, padre del señor Edy Montalván, funcionario del Servicio Exterior
Ecuatoriano y socio de AFESE.

 

Sus restos mortales fueron velados en la intimidad familiar.
