Lamento comunicar que ha fallecido el seņor Luis Arias Alvear, padre del
seņor Tercer Secretario del Servicio Exterior, Fernando Arias Samaniego,
socio de AFESE, actualmente en funciones en la Embajada del Ecuador en
China.
Sus restos mortales fueron velados en la intimidad familiar.
En nombre de AFESE, hacemos llegar nuestra sentida nota de pesar a toda su
familia.
