Con mucho pesar lamento comunicar el fallecimiento, del señor Cnel. E. M.
Vicente Anda Sevilla, hermano del señor Embajador Gustavo Anda Sevilla
funcionario del Servicio Exterior Ecuatoriano y socio de AFESE.

 

Sus restos mortales fueron velados en el Camposanto Monteolivo.
