Anexo la carta que en esta fecha he remitido al señor Canciller, en base a todas las inquietudes y preocupaciones recibidas por ustedes en relación al Proyecto de Ley enviado por el señor Presidente de la República a la Asamblea Nacional y las directrices emitidas por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas que afectarían algunos rubros de las remuneraciones tanto en Quito como en el exterior.
