será de la mitad más uno de los miembros que prestan servicios en Quito. Si
pasados treinta minutos de la hora señalada en la convocatoria no se encontrare

miembros presentes. La asistencia y el voto en las Asambleas Generales se podrá
delegar. Para tal efecto, el delegante acreditará por cualquier medio que haga
